SwayWm on Raspberry Pi 4

I want to run sway on my Raspberry Pi 4.

When I type sway on the tty I get the message

I did exactly that.

/boot/config.txt

then I reboot. The screen shows usual programs starting but then it freezes.
I can still ssh in to the Pi and dmesg shows the following
