Wifi on RasPI 4 doesn't connect

Hi,
I've installed a newRaspberry Pi with current Archlinux release

4.19.113-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Tue Apr 7 12:38:55 UTC 2020 armv7l GNU/Linux

all packages updated with pacman.

Networks are handled by systemd-networkd. When I try to activate Wifi it seems to send a "connect" to the specified router-network, but doesn't activate the link. The same procedure works on an older RasPI 3 with Raspbian OS instead of Archlinux.

Can anybody give some hints what might be wrong? Below I've pasted the lines from wpa_supplicant-log
