Wifi and Wired network stopped working all together

Yea so I tried that and the problem is and I don't know why if I try to install each package one by one I just get

but insert each package name - it's so strange why would all packages at once be no issue but one at a time cause 404 errors makes no sense to me.

Alright I figured it out, first package I tried. Downgraded linux-aarch64 from 5.14.14 to 5.11.4-1 from : http://tardis.tiny-vps.com/aarm/repos/2 ... ch64/core/

EDIT: For anyone who experiences the same issue I found the most recent one that doesn't break networking is 5.11 or anything from before mid September found here - http://tardis.tiny-vps.com/aarm/repos/2021/10/01/aarch64/core/

So that mean this is a kernel issue right? But why am I the only one experiencing this? Aren't all raspberry pi's built the same? I don't get it.

Yeah, it looks like the kernel issue. I can't say why, I'm just a regular user with some other arm-device.

As for the v8 image, I can suggest to do the same, but manually, i.e. find the previous kernel package, unpack it into a folder and move it to the root partition keeping the structure (/boot /usr/lib/modules etc.) with file replacements and try to boot. This is in case there is no way to roll back the kernel from chroot.

EDIT.
You can prevent kernel updates on new installations. To do this, open /etc/pacman.conf with a text editor and find the following line:
#NoUpdate =
remove the # at the beginning and add the kernel package name at the end. For example
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'NoUpdate = linux-aarch64')
Save that config and run pacman -Syu

I am unaware of an issue in the vanilla kernel (linux-aarch64). I have been running the RPi Foundation kernel (linux-raspberrypi4) without issue. You can switch to that and try if you want.

So I tried linux-raspberrypi4 .... same issue. Can someone else try on a fresh install if they can, I'm just curious if it's only me. I've had luck downgrading then upgrading again but it's not 100%.
