Fresh install on ROC-RK3328-CC (Renegade)

I am trying to install ARMv8 AArch64 Multi-platform on my Renegade device, but I'm unsure how to proceed. I've followed the instructions listed in Generic AArch64 Installation and I'm stuck on the following step: "The kernel package (linux-aarch64) provides both an EFI-stubbed Image file that can be directly booted" I was unable to find this image file after mounting my sd card. I'm not even sure if I'm following the right steps. Can someone please assist.Thanks.
