Where to report packaging bugs? GitHub issues closed

The thread Bug Reports, Feature Requests and Pull Requests says to report issues in the GitHub issue tracker. However, the issue tracker on GitHub is closed.

So, where can I report bugs? Can someone update the forum topic to lead people to the right place?

If packaging related send a PR. Would be nice if Arch ARM could use Flyspray like the official distro.

Unfortunately I don't have a fix ready. The issue is with motion, if you're interested. Should I open a new forum topic somewhere?

Edit: A ALARM dev has already helped out and fixed the issue.
