slowly download update with pacman -Syu

Hello All!
I have some problem with update new system on raspberry pi3.
I start command pacman -Syu, and it can't sync repositories.
Please, help me! How I can update my system?

More specifically, try setting a specific mirror in your mirrorlist (/etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist). Use the ALARM mirrors, not the Arch Linux mirrors.
