Has anyone successfully, or even tried and failed, installed ALARM to ZFS? I expect you'd need to use a custom kernel as ZFS won't be included in the ALARM kernels but I have successfully installed Arch x64 to ZFS and U-boot, surprisigly, supports booting ZFS partitions but not XFS or F2FS.
I could see this being quite cool for boards with 2+ GB RAM and SATA support such as the Wandboard quad. Boot environments (and snapshots) are an absolute life saver and killer feature for me.
