NFS access denied by server while mounting

Hi there,

I'm having a peculiar problem. I've a raspberry pi set up to function as a nfs server. My exportfs is as follows:

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '/srv/nfs hostname(ro,sync,crossmnt,no_subtree_check)
/srv/nfs/files hostname(ro,sync,no_subtree_check)')

If I run showmount -e on another server it lists them correctly. Upon mounting I get the above mentioned error. The hostname is correct, I can ping it. If I change the exports to the ip-address its the same problem.

Now, if I write * instead of hostname it works. So somehow it doesn't identify the client with the correct ip or hostname.
