Mirrors not getting synced?

Postby andiling » Sat Aug 11, 2018 4:20 pm

Hello,
I noticed that the alarm mirrors seem to not getting synced.
Just as an example: https://archlinuxarm.org/packages/armv7 ... aspberrypi
Latest is: 4.14.61-1
On mirrors I can only find: 4.14.59-1
The same is with other packages, too.
Is there any known issue?
Best,
Andreas

My RPi model 1 was failing to update earlier due to that exact same missing file but it updated ok just within the last few minutes. However, my RPi model 2 and 3 are still failing with the following error:

My problem is that I have been using the Australian mirror which is still broken today. The sponsor link at https://archlinuxarm.org/about/mirrors is dead so it seems that mirror is not supported anymore. I changed to Singapore and all good.

Australian mirror came good and worked for a week or so but is broken with various 404's today (across the 2 different architectures I use). The link to that mirror at https://archlinuxarm.org/about/mirrors still does not work.

Unfortunately any other mirror I try is vastly slower.

Posting about any issues here in the forums has long largely been waste of time but IRC (which the developers seem to want us to use) is simply a hopeless support mechanism.
