Question about Docker on Arch

I've been reading about Docker and I am wondering about a few things that I can't really find a good answer to ...

If I would run an Arch system with just ALSA and without Pulseaudio, can I run a Docker application that depends on Pulseaudio? Can I include the Pulseaudio stack inside the container and have the container use ALSA dmix or whatever?

How about kernel modules and drivers for hardware like a second NIC, so that the host doesn't have the driver but the container does? Virtualbox or VMWare Workstation comes to mind.
