If you use Nextcloud, here is a warning:

Nextcloud isn't compatible with PHP 7.4

So I reverted these updates:

Downgrade of php (7.4.0-1 => 7.3.12-1)
Downgrade of php-apache (7.4.0-1 => 7.3.12-1)
Downgrade of php-gd (7.4.0-1 => 7.3.12-1)
Downgrade of php-intl (7.4.0-1 => 7.3.12-1)
Downgrade of php-apcu (5.1.18-2 => 5.1.18-1)

Maybe there is another solution

Pi-hole-server installation has some issues after upgrade of PHP (7.4).
One of the solution is to change expiration date of web-server (http) user.
