Gnome won't start after packages update

Postby autominus » Thu Feb 13, 2020 9:30 pm

Hi,
Today, I updated the system packages and I have problems with xorg and gnome.
When I used command 'startx' , Gnome not started and I see error:

Image

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
The XKEYBOARD keymap compiler (xkbcomp) reports:
> Internal error: Could not resolve keysym XF86FullScreen
Errors from xkbcomp are not fatal to the X server
The XKEYBOARD keymap compiler (xkbcomp) reports:
> Internal error: Could not resolve keysym XF86FullScreen
Errors from xkbcomp are not fatal to the X server
xinit: connection to X server lost
')

Do you have any idea?

Hello,

I got exactly the same today after updating.

It might be related to a xorgproto update but i'm not sure.
Unfortunately, i haven't found any solution to this.

I got two extra suspect log in journalctl :

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
févr. 29 19:37:00 D-BoX /usr/lib/gdm-x-session[391]: _XSERVTransmkdir: ERROR: euid != 0,directory /tmp/.X11-unix will not be created.
févr. 29 19:37:02 D-BoX gnome-session[436]: _IceTransmkdir: ERROR: euid != 0,directory /tmp/.ICE-unix will not be created.
')
