I haven't tried 4k playback. Can you temporarily try a more simplified one, then reboot into it and try kodi:

The one am using here has 2G of memory on it so I used a larger value for the gpu_mem.

No problem using minimal config. Resolution is 4K@30Hz.
I will try adding settings progressively tonight, but I presume all is about hdmi_enable_4kp60=1, max_framebuffers=2 or gpu_mem=320 should be higher.

You can post on the Kodi forum. Just mention Arch ARM's package and that it is using popcornmix's fork.
