Pogoplug V4 + ARM + LAMB + OWNCLOUD

Hi all!

First of all thank you for the community work, it is outstanding.

Here is my history, maybe I arrived late:

1. A few years ago my pogoplug V4 stop working
2. During these hard days, I decided recover the project to wake up again the pogoplug
3. I accomplish the kirkwood ArchLinux installation (I already tried a year ago with out success)
4. As it was my first time with Archlinux it was a hard work an many hours to get how the SO works (I always used other Linux distributions)
5. And now I starting installing the LAMB (no problems on this)
6. I started installed Owncloud (no problems...oh wait)

After configuring through the browser access the new admin and set my data base I tried the login and a blank page is shown.

I was digging a little and I discover many things:

1. The version of my PHP is 7.5.4 and no Owncloud version is compatible with this
2. I cannot (better said, I don't know) how to downgrade properly the PHP version
3. I tried install ARM package from http://tardis.tiny-vps.com/ with the -U functionality of pacman. But something is not well installed from my site because it doesn't work neither.
4. My last try was use 'yay' but the php72 allocated there is not an ARM package

Question:

How can I install a LAMP for a 7.2 or 7.3 PHP version?

Not sure about owncloud, but nextcloud supports 7.4

I'm trying to install nextcloud but I'm having errors.

I was digging and I discover that I need to configure apache to set the 'Require all granted' but I don't know where nginx has this configuration.

Could you help me?

The main problem is a missconfiguration of php 7.4.0-2. Adding this two lines into $this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '/etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/php-fpm.service') :
