arch-boxes-arm: Cloud VM images

Arch Linux has, for some time now, provided cloud/QEMU-friendly bootable images for quickly spinning up VMs via their arch-boxes project, with builds available on their official mirror at mirror.pkgbuild.com/images.

I noticed that Arch Linux ARM does not currently do this, nor could I find an unofficial "cloudimg" build for Aarch64, so I took the liberty of hacking one together, with builds you can find at:

https://github.com/mcginty/arch-boxes-arm (builds are in the releases section)

I've built this personally so I can quickly spin up Arch VMs on Apple's M1 machines (with wrappers like lima on macOS, or libvirt on Asahi Linux), so right now there's only an Aarch64 build. There's no reason it can't be generalized to build the full matrix of all the supported architectures that ALARM supports.

Curious if others would find this worth maintaining in the Arch Linux ARM universe. Right now there's a "basic" image with a default login of arch/arch, and a "cloudimg" build that uses cloud-init, so is generally compatible with many automation-friendly VM/VPS environments.
