What is the status of GCC update?

I recently needed to compile an app that needs C++20 on an ODROID-XU4, and discovered that the the available gcc 12.1.0-2.1 fails on '#include <format>'. It is the last available version of gcc in ArchLinux ARM, both for V7 and V8.

My mirrorlist file queries on 'mirror.archlinuxarm.org/$arch/$repo'.

Does anybody know if gcc may become available in a newer version on a common supported hardware?
