systemd --user with waiting for network target

Hi *,

I'm trying to write a user service (one that's handled by systemctl --user) and delay the start after reboot either after all system services are done or at least after network-online.target (I enabled the linger). But looks like the systemctl --user cannot access the system targets.

Is there a way to do it (any of above options working is fine for me)?
