TunnelBear VPN for Arch

I use TunnelBear for my VPN service on my other computers and phone. The way they support Linux is pretty bare-bones, and the config files don't work out of the box.

I started a GitHub repo for the project. It includes a unit file for systemd, and a small ruby script for choosing which country to use for the tunnel exit.
