logrotate not working

Postby kitenski » Tue Oct 20, 2015 5:08 pm

I think I have some weird issue due to timestamps, but I'm unclear how to fix it and get logrotate working!!

Can anyone suggest how to fix the rotation please?

The system date and time appear to be ok

IDK which board you have, but it is pretty clear it does not have a battery-backed RTC. Hence at boot, it can be as old as 1970.

It's a Pogoplug v2.

I've sorted it by following this thread (I think), time will tell!!

Deleting the status file appears to have fixed the issue.
