Strike that Can't access after reboot

Just started from dead scratch again trying to get my pogo 4v3.0.1/sandisk extreme 16gb flash working, I added this to rc.shutdown in hopes of fixing it, but I can't shh or ping suggestions?

Won't let me delete the post I'll and start over so no matter what/how I reboot this it never comes back up, I ping it as it reboots and consistently it will give 2 replies then nothing, any ideas?
