$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
$ cat /etc/fw_env.config
# MTD device name Device offset Env. size Flash sector size
/dev/mtd1 0x0000 0x20000 0x20000

Ok, I've tried something with the stock but.....arch is really really better.....

So I tried to back to back to arch :D

I tried this operation with another hd, so the 1st hd, the one with "working arch" is safe. But now If I mount the "arch hd" something don't work.
So I tried to do all the step, from the arch wiki page, download the alarm script with the last kirkwood rootfs, all this test whit another hd, not the old "working arch" hd, the procedure works fine and all works. So I put the old "working arch" hd but don't start. I mean I've the orange led but I can't connect to it.
I tried to mount the "working arch", under my linux laptop and change back the
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '# MTD device name Device offset Env. size Flash sector size
/dev/mtd1 0x0000 0x20000 0x20000')
to
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '# MTD device name Device offset Env. size Flash sector size
#/dev/mtd1 0x0000 0x20000 0x20000')

There is a way to put back the old "working arch" hd?

Nevermind, I found the "error" I don't know why, but If I boot the nas, with an hd or any other usb disk on the rear port, the nas won't start.
