Pogo Plug E02s No Longer Booting Properly

I have three of these models that only boot correctly with the hard drive attached. One seems to not have a damaged uboot as it will at least allow me to SSH without the USB attached. Fortunately, I have an image that I can use to copy to drives and boot the devices.

I would like to start from scratch with the other two devices with each of them having an individual backup readily available, but I am not sure where to start.

Any help would be appreciated.
