403 - Forbidden w/ lighttpd

I'm trying to serve up a directly listing of a mounted (media/sata1) Sata drive (NTFS) with the use of lighttpd.
I've got lighttpd running, but when I navigate to the directory http://localhost.files I get a 403 - Forbidden error.

I've tried altering the permission of the mounted location; media/sata1
but that has not helped.
