I have no time!!!: dhcp setting -> no network work

I am using dockstar, pogoplug compatible device.

It was static IP address

I have done :
systemctl start dhcpcd@eth0.service
but It showed dbus error.

I have done:
systemctl enable dhcpcd@eth0.service
and reboot

So now It does not network, no dhcp, no static ip.

I have mounted usb hard to my ubuntu.

What shoud I do to change files?

my status:

./etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/dhcpcd@eth0.service <- blank text file
./var/lib/dhcpcd/dhcpcd-eth0.lease <- has strange characters

I have no time.

Please, help me.

1) the .service should be a symlink, is your system reading that right?
2) You can feel free to delete the lease data
