Pogoplug v4 NAS setup

Hello everyone,
I am very new to archlinux, well any Linux at all.. I have a pogoplug v4 that I has successfully installed Arch on. My main goal is to use Arch as a HD that I can access locally on other computers in my home.
I have a hd on my pc that contains files that i would like to have sync with the hd in my pogoplug. I am not sure how I could go about this using Arch.
I am essentially trying to have a local dropbox but with my own hardware. I would like it to sync files when added to the hd on my pc to the hd on the pogoplug.
