systemd-journal hight cpu and memory usage

Postby Chryses » Sat Mar 01, 2014 7:29 pm

Hi, I noticed that systemd-journal, after a few days that the nas is on, consume many resource ... but I don't know why ... I've one suspicious, but I'm not sure ...

I changed /etc/systemd/journald.conf
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '[Journal]
Storage=persistent')

but the result is the same
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '61 root 20 0 420908 11888 11424 S 17.9 2.3 211:37.42 systemd-journal')

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'sudo journalctl --disk-usage
Journals take up 1.3G on disk.')

I think that the culprit is miredo, at the beginning miredo worked well, but now is strange. I use it to reach newszilla6 with nzbget and all the only ipv6 newsserver.

In fact, if I stop, miredo service:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '61 root 20 0 2220824 19164 18700 S 0.0 3.7 227:25.15 systemd-journal')

The memory is still high ...

The question is, is miredo broken? (it's strange because on the same lan, on ubuntu works perfectly) Any alternative to miredo? Or maybe is only my jorunal that is not configured well
