Newbie - need some help with Pogoplug E02 install

Hi, new to this thing so please bare with my elementary questions.

I cannot even get past the first hurdle, which is logging into my E02 device.

I made sure to log onto mypogoplug and turn on SSH.

I have identified the IP address of the E02 device.

Using terminal, I cannot log onto the device. I have tried ssh [username]@[ipaddress]

For username, I have tried using "root" as well as my email address.

For password, I have tried using "root", "ceadmin", and the mypogplug account password.

None of these combinations work.
Any thoughts? Thank you.

You need to use the username/password you setup when activating ssh on the my.pogoplug.com website. Disable/Reactivate ssh on the my.pogoplug.com to reset the username/password.

thank you. as you suggested, the username/password for the SSH function is separate from the username/password for the mypogoplug account.
