Thanks moonman for your help,
I have solve the problem and result my HDD was currupted.
Now I have replace the HDD with other one and recover now NAS is connected via storage but still can't access to WEB interface.
[root@alarm ~]#
No commands like "wget" is working here.
I want to connect to web interface but it fails every time
[root@alarm ~]# netstat -a
Active Internet connections (servers and established)
Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address State
tcp 0 0 *:ssh *:* LISTEN
tcp 0 0 *:llmnr *:* LISTEN

tcp 0 284 alarm:ssh 192.168.1.8:57242 ESTABLISHED

udp6 0 0 [::]:llmnr [::]:*
udp6 0 0 [::]:dhcpv6-client [::]:*
raw6 0 0 [::]:ipv6-icmp [::]:* 7
As you can see no web port is enabled in this mode, so I can't get remote access via WEB.
May be I need to install another pack to get access to this commands for embedded web server.
Look forward for your answer.
Thanks in advance.

There is no web interface in ArchLinux ARM unless you install one. Please read ArchWiki on pacman.

Peaple I am now in right mode [root@alarm ~]#
please take comment because I have 6 intuition and it says that it is not right mode. I can't do anything in this mode and can't switch to system mode.
Linux alarm 3.18.1-1-ARCH #1 PREEMPT Tue Dec 23 02:43:32 MST 2014 armv5tel GNU/Linux
I have no web enabled. In wiki I can't find anything about alarm mode and I can't even do wget command in this mode and other commands mentioned in this
viewtopic.php?f=18&t=3355
I think I didn't do some procedure to enter linux mode.
I did pacman -Syu and now my OS is latest.
I did pacman -S kde and installation finished successful. Now in ps this information
[root@alarm /]# ps -ef

Please send me an information or link how to come out to web interface of goflex home thenks in advance.
Or if there is any procedure to get the oldest firmware with bootloader I'll be thankful.
In this mode I can't do flash_erase command nor wget. All procedures found by me want to use this noticed commands but in current OS there aren't any command like this.
Thanks in advance.

Why on earth would you install kde?! Please also forget about this thread as it will not take you anywhere. It is not a thread describing how to restore original software.

Alarm (= ArchLinux (for) ARM) is not a mode, it is a full operating system, and it is what you have installed.

ArchWiki = https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Main_page

If you want a web interface research webmin.

wget is something that doesn't come by default and is installed with pacman -S wget . Once again, FORGET about that thread you keep mentioning or you will end up with an unbootable device again.

As to how to restore to original software - I have never done this myself so I really do not know. Please someone who knows help this guy get back to original software. :roll:

EDIT: here's how to restore: viewtopic.php?p=10814#p19449
prior to that you will need to install mtd-utils and wget
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'pacman -S mtd-utils wget')

Thanks moonman,
Now I understand )))
Can you write the system architecture of GoflexHome as I try to install Webmin and get the following error
[root@alarm /]# pacman -U file://webmin-1.710-1-i686.pkg.tar.xz
loading packages...
error: failed to prepare transaction (package architecture is not valid)
:: package webmin-1.710-1-i686 does not have a valid architecture
I tried to install x86_64 version and get the same error massage.
Can you write how I can enable GUI in this OS?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Hopefully this will help someone.

Here is what I do for Webmin:

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'S')etup Webmin:

SSL Support: pacman -S perl-net-ssleay

Requires: pacman -S perl-perl4-corelibs

Install Webmin: pacman -S webmin

Activate: systemctl enable webmin

Setup Webmin: nano /etc/webmin/miniserv.conf

ssl=1 and allow=127.0.0.1 192.168.10.0

user name is root

Start Webmin Service: systemctl start webmin

Webmin Service Status: systemctl status webmin -l

Webmin > Hardware > System Time > us.pool.ntp.org

Of course change allow line IP Address to match your setup. And use a different time ntp server if not in U.S.A.

And if you dont want to use SSL then change SSL to a 0 (zero).

And then of course you will need NTP Service:

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'N')TP Service To Keep Real Time: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/NTP:

pacman -S ntp

Fix Time Zone:

timedatectl set-timezone America/New_York

Set Time:

ntpd -qg

And again, change timezone do the correct one for your setup.

Enjoy,

Will
