Pogoplug E02 no IP after booting

got the latest rootfs for v2/E02, with new Uboot and env as follow:

After boot up , the front LED turns to solid green, but can't see the device in dhcp's client table, can't ping it either.
Attch the usb driver and looked into /var/log but there's no log other than sequence of ^@
