cannot find IP

i recently bought the pogoplug v2
i play it for one day to install archlinux-arm on it depend on the official instuction
and after i solved many problems reboot it
i could not find the IP from the DHCP list .
is it broken now ?
how could i find it ?

i reboot the router and the pogo
i find its IP but i fail to login in from PuTYY
Connection timed out.
so what can i do to save it
