pyLoad or alternative

Postby ferdydek » Wed May 14, 2014 6:27 am

Hi,

Fresh to Arch Linux, so please forgive me in case what I say seams n00by.

I used pyLoad on Raspbian on my Ras Pi. Decided that Arch may be better, lighter option.
I can't however find a descent installation instruction. If I try to install from yaourt, but $this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'p')acman - S yaourt
does not work. When trying to intall it via AUR\s instructions, it installs fine, however later on $this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'y')aourt - S pyload
throws number of PCGMNGR errors and fails to complete on dependencies.

Does anyone have (easy) instructions I could follow to install pyLoad?

Hi,

I recommend to install pyload-git, as indeed the "standard" pyload aur package has some problems with python2-pillow and jinja2.
yaourt -S pyload-git shold do the job.
Then you run $this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'pyLoadCore -s') and you will enter a configuration wizard, which is quite self-explaining.
More details here:
