stop motion from broadcasting unsecured

I've setup a RPi security camera and I'm trying to close up holes before I put it out. Does anyone know how I would stop motion from broadcasting on an unsecured port? I have motioneye also installed because at least there is a password protecting the live stream, but it doesn't stop motion from broadcasting on a separate port that doesn't have a password.

and also that in my motioneye web control panel I can only change the port and address but not shut off the ability to view the stream without password
