dhcpd carrier lost error

I installed Arch from Raspberry site using dd. I am using pi b+.

This is the error when i tried to get ip via dhcpd

At dmesg, i see that eth0 is up and down continuously.

I tried some solutions at the forum i found. None helped. Even tried dhclient, it didn't worked either.

Any help will be appreciated.
