Possible bug when connecting to my solar invertor?

Plugging in devices such as LAN adapters, Wi-Fi cards, printers, etc. to Arch Linux ARM.

Possible bug when connecting to my solar invertor?

Postby kitenski » Sat Jul 07, 2012 12:46 pm

I have an issue when connecting up my solar panel to my Raspberry PI. In the kernel.log it clearly shows BUG?

I'm new to all this, is there something I can do to resolve this, or should I file it as a bug?

Thanks,

Greg

What sort of power does the usb draw? You might have to plug into an x86 lsusb.py to see.
Think 100ma is about rpi limit per port, then you need a powered hub
Maybe a pogoplug V2 would have been a better choice if you were headless?

I don't know what power the USB draws, could you explain a bit more about what I need to do in order to "You might have to plug into an x86 lsusb.py to see"

thanks!
