WiFi problems with WM8650 Netbook

Hi,
i bought one of the cheapest netbooks ever from china
Some people of you may be read something about it, t's running with a Wondermedia 8650 processor with 800Mhz and has 256MB RAM, it costs ~60euro
However, i followed the tutorial of doragasu and i had some problems, but the most of them i solved by myself (with the help of archwiki^^)
I tried for days to get the wifi running, "iw ra0 scan" shows my router with details, but the networkmanager doesn't detect the device so i can't configure my wlan with the networkmanager. ethernet is detected correctly.
Yesterday, i installed rfkill, because i read in some forums that it sometimes help, to get rid of wlan problems, but that's make it even worse :(
Now, when i type "iw ra0 scan" i get the output "ra0 interface doesn't support scanning : Network is down"
I didn't blocked any device, rfkill have done this by itself...and rfkill doesn't react to my commands, if i type "rfkill unblock all" nothing happens.
Removing rfkill doesn't change anything, the device isn't running anymore...
I have no clue, where i should start to solve this.
Please help me
