combined dhcp and static ip?

combined dhcp and static ip?

I'd like to be able to specify a static ip address and get the remaining stuff (dns, gateway, and whatever) from dhcp. It this possible?

You could add to the interface file (in /etc/network.d/)
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'POST_UP="ifconfig eth0:1 192.168.0.5"')
