Odroid C1 ScanDisk Ultra 16Gb do not work

Well I have two cards.
One ScanDisk Ultra 16GB does not work just with Arch Linux ARM. Ubuntu and Android are working.
The other is a ScanDisk Ultra 32GB is working with Arch Linux ARM and other distros.

Another Problem that I have is that I do not get any display with Arch, other distros are working.
I have a samsung TV 42", on which Ubuntu and Android are working.

are you certain that it is supposed to have the HDMI enabled by default?

i just performed an systemupdated now the screen shows up on my screen
it looks like that the new boot.ini enables hdmi by default.
