Tried downgrading as well.

Here’s the before and after:

FYI: the issue is with the kernel source, not with our config. It has been reported here: https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/issues/985

Thanks for the information moonman, I'll keep my eyes on the upstream issue.

Edit: Looks like it's been fixed upstream, everything is working as expected again.
