Thunderbird stuck on 31.7.0-1

Postby Penman » Mon Jun 15, 2015 10:59 am

Hey guys,
today I noticed something wiped my addons from my Thunderbird. I'm starting it via X11-Forwarding on other computers, so it's not my main-instance but a client configured for remote access on my stuff.

As I said, my addons were wiped. No problem, I thought and reinstalled Lightning and other addons. But I met and old bug again I knew from Debian/Raspian with Icedove. The official Lightning is incompatible and behaves just like in my case.

Then I remembered, Lightning should be merged into Thunderbird and tried to update my software. Sadly it seems on armv7h, we're stuck on that old version.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'extra/thunderbird 31.7.0-1 [installed]
Standalone Mail/News reader')

Is there any reason for leaving this old version in the repos or could it be updated soon?
I'm using a Raspberry Pi 2 if this should matter.

Thanks in advance

[armv7] [git] extra/thunderbird (38.0.1-1|31.7.0-1): failed, build time: 4m55s, last built: Thu Jun 11 18:25:58 2015

Looks like a build failure: http://archlinuxarm.org:81/builder/in-l ... og.html.gz
