kodi-rbp-git in alarm is oudated, can the package be updated to rc1?

Waiting for libcec to be updated to 3.0 in upstream arch. Otherwise cec won't work. This is the new requirement from kodi:

Beta2 is in repos now. I had to revert the commit to libcec3
