[linux-armv7] Add sun4i-mod1-clk patch for kernel package

For i2s & spdif audio on A20 works correctly , we need patch:

maybe we need wait for 4.7 . Does it possible the ALARM project can merged this patch right now, and provide a patched kernel to users.
