Usb Armory Wont Boot

Hello everyone, I am trying to install archlinux on my usb armory I have followed the instructions to the letter but still can't get it installed. I have installed it in the past without any issues but can't now. I am using kali linux. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone know of a way for me to check what the problem might be. Thank you any help would be great.

That last time I had this issue, it simply disliked my SD card, no matter what OS I put on it.
