Plasma kickoff looks for older icu package

After upgrading today, the system runs fine except for one thing.

The 'K' menu of KDE plasma does not display any application list, instead, a message saying that libkickerplugin.so does not find libicui18n.so.71.

plasma-workspace-5.26.1-1-armv7h is installed with this upgrade.

ICU 72 is installed and looked for by many KDE libs I checked.

Changing mirrors does not help.

Reporting in the hope that the packager may look into it.
