hub usb 2.0 and 3.0

if i set:
dwc_otg.speed=1
in /boot/cmdline.txt
the hub 3.0 works fine for mouse and keyboard, ,but transfer from usb to usb hd 3.0 low from 10mb/s to 500/Kbs any suggesto to have mouse keyboard and speed copy / mv ?
