where is /usr/bin/X?

Postby taoist » Mon Apr 11, 2016 7:36 pm

I've just installed Linux on a Hisense C11... I'm missing the X driver, even after loading xfce4.

Any ideas?

update... xf86-video-armsoc-rockchip contains /etc/x11, /usr/lib/xorg, and /usr/share/man, but no /usr/bin.

as it turns out it's in the xorg package.

Would someone update the wiki and add some instructions for pacman also?

Thanks

Everything is already in the wiki. Update how? Pacman is also in the wiki, you can also "man pacman" or any other piece of software comes with manual

Having never dealt with Arch before, I had to search to find what package management it used...

Followup question: Xorg.0.log says I have a DRM problem. Is there another package missing? (xorg wiki doesn't show anything)
