systemd-modules-load.service

The systemd-modules-load.service does not respond to start messages. journalctl -xe has no information. systemctl status systemd-modules-load.service returns:
Starting Load Kernels Modules...
systemd-modules-load.service: Main process exited, code = exited, status=1/FAILURE
Failed to start Load Kernel Modules.
systemd-modules-load.service: Unit entered failed state.
systemd-modules-load.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.

I have the same thing on my Pi 2.
