CuBox I4: KODI: Addons: Repository not found

Hi All,

I installed Archlinux from scratch. In KODI when I try to install repository I got "Couldn't connect to repository" message. I tried to debug the issue. From the debug log I noticed the error:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', ' ERROR: CCurlFile::Open failed with code 403 for http://mirrors.kodi.tv/addons/jarvis/addons.xml.gz.md5')

For further debugging I tried $this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'curl http://mirrors.kodi.tv/addons/jarvis/addons.xml.gz.md5') and I saw that the output resulted as cloudfare captcha validataion instead of md5. I am not sure how to overcome with this issue

I am able to see the same page in my laptop browser without any issues. Both my laptop and CuBox has the same public IP address.

Still the issue is existing after upgrade
