KODI on Cubox 4i: ERROR: Unable to create application. Exiti

Already deleted all Kodi's config file and reinstalled.

Kodi runs fine when run with
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'sudo kodi')

but fails when run with SYSTEMCTL

Latest packages.

This is whe systemctl status kodi output:
