Hi.
Trying to install ARCH Linux on my Chromebook Asus C100p recently and couldn't do much as the whole bunch of files seems to be missing:
Tried to install LXDE, XORG etc. Constantly getting same files missing, mainly the following:
- "mesa-17.0.0-2-armv7h.pkg.tar.xz"
- "mesa-libgl-17.0.0-2-armv7h.pkg.tar.xz"
- "gtk-update-icon-cache-3.22.9-1-armv7h.pkg.tar.xz"
- "libepoxy-1.4.0-1-armv7h.pkg.tar.xz"
- "xorg-server-common-1.19.1.-5-armv7h.pkg.tar.xz"
- "xorg-server-1.19.1.-5-armv7h.pkg.tar.xz"
All of the above return the following error "The requestd URL returned error: 404 / warning: failed to retreive some files"
I have the internet connection set-up and working, the remaining packages are being downloaded without any problems.
Is it the problem of a new version with no support for armv7h chips?
Is it the problem of mirrors I'm using? (Did not tinker with them, I'm using the default settings)
Are there any older versions which I can use. If they exist how I can access them?
Thanks for any help.
