Thunderbird stuck on 45.8.0-1

Are there build or repository problems with Thunderbird for armv7h?

Likewise firefox appears to be on 52.0.2 whereas the other architectures are on 53.

Neither would be a problem except that both packages depend on icu-58 but today's updates are now pushing icu-59 and so both firefox and thunderbird no longer run on my system after a "pacman -Syu".

This morning thunderbird 52.1.0-1 arrived. Looking good, it runs with icu 59.1.0-1. I don't use firefox.
